At Pants Store, we want you to find the perfect fit, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel. If your new trousers aren't exactly what you expected, simply return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and securely tape it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your pants in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
